Little Thai Kitchen - 1051 S. Milton R.d

Brandy's Restaurant and Bakery - 1500 E. Cedar Ave., Ste 40. The chef will make any item on the dinner menu gluten-free.

Mountain Oasis - 11 E. Aspen Ave. downtown. Many salads and rice-based dishes. The corn chips have gluten in them.

DaraThai - 14 S. San Francisco St.

Cuisine of India (Delhi Palace) - 2700 S. Woodlands Blvd. (Wal-Mart Plaza) Although they do not have a gluten-free menu, all of the food is gluten-free except for the naan bread.

Mexican restaurants - dishes made with corn tortillas; ask about gluten in the sauces.

Alvin's Fine Casual Dining - 5200 E. Cortland Blvd. (Continental Plaza). Every entree on the menu is gluten-free except the crab cakes. All salad dressings are gluten-free. Fried side dishes are not gluten free.

Diablo Burger - Heritage Square (Aspen Street between Leroux and San Francisco). They serve burgers made from locally grown beef and for 35 cents extra you can get your burger on a gluten-free bun. The fries are gluten-free. The restaurant is very small so expect to wait.

Olive Garden - 2550 S. Beulah Blvd. has a gluten-free menu.

Chili's Restaurant - 1500 S. Milton Rd. - posts allergen information on their website. Go to Chili's for menu items containing gluten and wheat, soy, dairy, and more.

Wildflower Bread Company - Aspen Place at the Sawmill, SE Corner of Butler and Lone Tree - has many items that can be ordered gluten-free. This guide contains the ingredients of their menu items and allergen information.

Daily Fare at Simple Delicious Catering - 408 E. Rte 66, behind the Babbitt pre-owned vehicles building. Serving fresh gluten-free soups and salads.

Buster's Restaurant - 1800 S. Milton Rd. #111. Ask your server for their gluten-free menu.
