a. Search the web by typing in: “celiac in [name your destination]”. This can result in listings of gluten-free restaurants in the area and/or support groups. If there are no restaurants listed, but support groups are found, you can contact the group for information about restaurants and where to buy food. You also can search by typing in: “gluten free in [name your destination]” or by searching for “celiac support groups in [name your destination]”.

b. Search the web for locations of your favorite chain restaurants that offer a gluten-free menu.

c. These websites have lists of gluten-free restaurants:

d. Search books that list gluten-free restaurants in various states and cities. The name of one is Waiter, is there wheat in my soup?. Another is The Essential Gluten-Free Restaurant Guide published by Triumph Dining.
